• Checking accounting package connection: Ensure credentials or access rights have not changed; verify this and re-establish connections if necessary.
• Data imperfections: Some banks deliver mediocre data for transaction information. We strive to reorganize, structure, and perfect the delivery to your accounting package. Based on the given output, we do our best in this. In most cases, we—together with Ponto—manage to get better results based on use cases provided by our clients.
